Technology was also busted as they were just buttons. You could build a fleet of ten battleships and just wreck anyone who stood against you. Battleships were busted as well, as there were no penalties for not having screens or too many capitals. Meaning that tanks and armour became completely useless. There was no hard or soft attack just attack. Especially when combined with the fact that all attack was the same in HoI 1. lose six thousand out of ten thousand, the computer fields ten thousand replacements, meaning you just lost 4,000 manpower to the void.) This was one of many gliches that made the game impossible to play. A division would take a hit (losing 60% strength) in response the bot that handled allocation of manpower saw this and fielded a whole other division of manpower to compensate. The game had many gliches, including one that would field far too much manpower.
